Harrison Zephyr
The story of Harrison shafts start with using only the finest material available. Each shaft is then hand rolled with care to ensure the highest consistency. Before they reach you, our shafts have been meticulously tested by robots and players like you to guarantee the highest level of performance. When current technologies no longer satisfy us, we invent new ones to give you that extra edge on the course. We have received 18 U.S. patents, the highest in the golf shaft industry. Although we do not pay players to use our shafts, we have accumulated 58 wins, 541 top-ten finishes on Tour and 7 World Long Drive Championship wins.

Harrison Zephyr
First of all, we would like to call your attention to the graphic of Zephyr. Once cannot help but notices the stunning appearance. Through the graphic, we want to demonstrate to you our level of visual design sophistication. For Harrison, beauty is not just skin deep. On the technology end, the Zephyr is the first implementation of our exclusive Z Power Technology. It is the combination of two distinct shaft making processes: Sheet Lamination and Filament Winding. This revolutionary advancement allows our engineers to take full advantage of the versatile sheet lamination process to fine-tune Zephyr’s zone profile, while utilizing the filament winding process to produce a highly consistent and light weight golf shaft.
Z Power Technology (ZPT)
Sheet lamination and filament winding are two of the most popular processes used to make golf shafts. The sheet lamination process is known for its design versatility. Using this process, a golf shaft’s zone profile can be tuned to the minutest details, yielding the purest golf shaft possible. While the filament winding process may be less versatile, it can easily be used to make shafts with a high degree of concentricity and consistency. ZPT is our pioneer attempt at fusing these two distinct processes.
