PACOIMA,
Calif. -- The Pro
2.5 XL95 graphite shaft by Harrison Sports edged
out stiff competition and captured a piece of third
place at this week's Barclays Classic on the PGA
Tour. With more than a dozen graphite shafts in
play at the Barclays, Harrison is becoming a popular
alternative among Tour pros demanding consistency
from their shaft performance.
Well-known
for dominating the World Long Drive championships
with seven consecutive wins, the Pro
2.5 Series is composed of boron reinforced X-5200
graphite and features a mid-high flex point and
only 2.5 degrees of torque. The Pro 2.5 XL95 shafts,
such as the one used by a top contender at the Barclays
Classic, are available in a 95-gram weight option
with flexes ranging from Regular to Extra-Stiff.
The
high-performance Pro
2.5 Series shafts feature high-modulus designs
that are extremely consistent and accurate,"says
Arnie Cunningham, PGA Tour representative for Harrison
Sports.

Impulse yet, but every pro that"s hit the ball with
an Impulse has hit it extremely well."
Harrison

in graphite, titanium and boron materials and they
have secured their place among the top five of the
most-used graphite shafts in the world. Technologically
