Good
morning,
I have had the Harrison Pro 2.5 Titanium installed in the
Nike driver. I went to a 45" lenght rather than a 44".
I have played 4 rounds since having this done and the results
are great!
I carry the ball 230 to 235 in the "Air" and total
distance has improved to 250 to 255!
This makes longer par 4's very reachable with my "Hybryds'".
The four rounds I have played have been from the back tees
on four par 72 courses 6700 yards plus with slope ratings
above 131. The rounds have 76, 79, 77,77.
The Pro 2.5 Titanium has made the longer holes a lot easier
to play. Hitting one club less into greens on a regular
bases really helps you score better.
Thanks for your suggestion and help!

I now have the Pro 2.5 Titanium (reg- mid flex) in my driver
and it is awesome!!!!! What should I put in my Callaway
Steelhead Fairway Woods (3 thru 9 woods)? I'm 57 years old,
but hitting it still pretty damn good. Thanks so very much
Harrison!

I recently had the Harrison Pro 2.5 Ti stiff shaft installed
in my SMT 455 Deep Bore driver (260 cpm/75 gram) and an
Ashton 3-wood (265 cpm/75 gram). The new Harrison Pro 2.5
Ti stiff shaft continues to perform extremely well for over
a month now. Did I mention "extremely well"? My dispersion
off the tee has been greatly reduced. I feel as confident
hitting it as I do my wedges. It is almost pinpoint accurate.
Oh and by the way the length has been very good too. I easily
hit drives 250-260 and when I want I can get up to 290+
(tempo has to be there). My playing partners are all besides
themselves over the drastic improvement in my drives. I
just had my best round ever at my club on Sunday. Pulled
in a 75 from the tips and can't remember missing one fairway.
I am normally the "D" player in my foursome with a 9 handicap
for my course, but yesterday, I tied for low gross and collected
2 out of the 5 skins available among the 8 players. Not
bad for a 57 year-old youngster, heh? The Harrison shaft
trajectory is most ideal for the way our fairways are running
right now. Just high enough to carry the fairway bunkers
and low enough to run out. I have never been this excited
about a golf shaft in my 44 years of playing golf. Thanks
for making me a very, very happy customer and a longer,
straighter driver off the tee. P.S. Out of curiosity, I
had the new UST Proforce V2 (2.2* torque) installed on a
backup Alpha driver and it doesn't come close to the Harrison
Pro 2.5 performance. I'm going to have it switched out for
a Harrison as soon as possible.
Best
regards,
David

Following the terrific information on the Harrison Website,
I purchased 2 Pro 2.5 Titanium F/S stiff shafts. I have
had one put into a Turner 504 head and wow! It has been
an enormous success. My accuracy has improved dramatically
over my old Taylor Made Ti Bubble 2 driver, and my length
of the tee has gone from an average of about 240 -250 metres
to 267-270 mark. The second shaft is currently being fitted
to my TM Ti Bubble 2 Three wood, and I can't wait to try
it out. I congratulate Harrison on the very informative
and extensive website. It is the best website out of all
the shaft manufacturers. I recommend it to all I come across.

I am a 15 handicap with a swing speed of 93-98 mph. I just
installed a pro 2.5 titanium reg flex in a king cobra 427ss
with a 9 degree loft. Straight down the middle every time,
where before I was hitting a fade to slice. Even though
the charts show I should be hitting a firmshaft, the 2.5
pro with a reg flex with its 2.5 torque appears to be a
perfect setup. I have not experianced no 300 yd drives,
but still 260 to 280 down the middle 95% of the time is
what I like. I tried several shafts including the harrison
strpper j with a firm flex, and then installed a pro 2.5
reg flex and have had much better results. Both shafts are
excellent but the 2.5 pro worked better for me. thank you
harrison. I have now lowered my score by 10 strokes.

I am a beginner having started about 4 months ago with a
swing speed of approx. 100-105 mph. The first driver used
was a Warbird 11* with a stock regular flex shaft which
was too whippy and difficult to control. On the advice of
a club pro I decided to purchase a Taylor Made 320 9.5*
and decided on a regular S90 shaft in the hope of being
able to have more control over the clubhead. Although there
was improvement in control, distances did not impress (I
used to hit approx. 210-220 metres).
The
shaft on the Taylor Made, together with that of my Cleveland
Quadpro 5-wood broke last week. Having researched all the
shafts available on the market and on the advice of the
local pro-shop (RGT - thanks, Duncan) I decided to re-shaft
the Taylor Made with the Striper J and the 5 wood, with
the Pro 2.5. They fitted the shafts in a day and I was on
the course the next. Boy, was there a difference! The Taylor
Made felt like a totally new club - light, strong with noticeably
less twisting. All drives were straight (tight & narrow
local course) and the distances were at least an additional
15-20 metres on a medium trajectory and I hadn't even tried
it out on the range beforehand!
The
5-wood (19*) with the Pro 2.5 was also highly impressive.
With the original regular flex stock shaft I was regularly
hitting 180-190 approx. With the new shaft, these distances
increased by another 10-15 metres with the added benefit
of control and stability, confidence boosting especially
if you've just started.
Don't
take my word for it, try these shafts for yourself and be
prepared for the look on your friend's face when you're
hitting those drives down the middle of the fairway past
theirs!!

| I
am a 1.5 handicap with a swing speed of about 115 mph and
did extensive research on ALL makes & models of golf shafts
looking for the best fit for myself. I ordered the new Titleist
983K 8.5 with the Harrison Pro 2.5 Titanium. What a GREAT
shaft ! I played my first round with it this past weekend
and just CRUSHED the ball !! I shot a 73 and was at times
40-50 yards past the 3 other guys in my group. Who aren't
short hitters either. In the past I may have been 10-30
yards further than them. Harrison is by far the best shaft
I have ever played. I strongly urge anyone who is serious
about the game of golf to give the Pro 2.5 Titanium a try.
This driver will be in my bag until the face wears out on
it.

Just played 5 rounds of golf in FL. with my newly installed
Pro 2.5 Titanium in my Mizuno Pro 300S.and have to tell
the world how much better I hit this club/shaft combo. All
my drives where long and straight..the only fairways I missed
all week were the ones I drove the ball through the dog
legs.Even cut off the water on left about a 280 yard carry.
THIS SHAFT IS AMAZING !! Everybody should go out and buy
one and hit it!!
Thank
you --

I just had the 2.5 Titanium S/X installed in my 7.5 975J,
should have done it last year!! The control that I have
gained is incredible. We just returned from Huntsville Alabama
at the Robert Trent Jones facility, Hampton Cove. My fairways
hit percentage was in the 75-80% range! Distance was also
up. But the real benefit of switching is mental. To stand
on a tee box with water on the left, O.B. on the right and
know that you are going to hit is long and where you want
to hit it is priceless. I recommend this shaft to anyone
looking for more control with their driver. Next stop for
me, 3 and 5 woods.

I have just installed a 2.5 titanium reg./firm shaft n my
Tsunami driver by GolfGear,WOW!!! I have never hit the ball
straighter or as far as I am hitting it now. My playing
partners are all standing on the tee in shock they keep
telling me it must not be legal, I just laugh at them and
pound it down the middle and deep. Thank you Harrison for
making a great shaft, once again WOW!!!! |

I am a pretty big hitter and always played stock shafts
in my drivers not thinking that the difference in shafts
was a big thing -- until now!! the pro 2.5 titainium shaft
is the longest and most accurate shaft on the market. Ican
be real aggressive and drive the ball down the left side
of the fairway and put a little fade on it or draw it down
the right side. The stock shaft in my 8deg nike 350 was
weak with too much torque so I got my 2.5 ti made a little
stiffer and the lower torqur is a great combination. Heel
shots now fly slightly left and toe shots stay down the
right side with less than half the amount of draw to them.
center shots, Well ....... center shots are huge and straight.the
stock shaft would be inconsistant and snap through one time
then lag way behind on the next swing making me beleive
that my swing was inconsistant when it was the shaft all
along. Now if i make a bad swing I will know it was me and
not the shaft.
Thank
you guys so much!!

I purchased a Harrison Pro 2.5 Titanium a few months ago
after receiving the information I requested from Harrison.
An Orlimar tour van was in the area and I bought a Hip Ti
with the Harrison shaft. I've been totally amazed.
I am
a former collegiate player and currently have a .5 handicap.
However, as is the case with most players, pro or otherwise,
I often do not hit the ball square in the middle of the
face. Not to mention the fact that I am not able to play
as much as I would like. Combine those elements with a swing
speed of 118 mph and you can probably understand why I was
having some "control" problems, especially with my driver.
If I hit it on the toe it seemed like the shaft was not
able to "catch up" and the result was a right to right ball
flight. It was not as pronounced on the heel side, I would
guess mainly because there is not as much torque or twist
produced due to leverage. I had suspected the shaft was
the problem (no golfer likes to believe it could be a swing
problem) for years and tried a number of different shafts
with the same results--until I tried the Pro 2.5 Titanium.
I still miss-hit shots, but the difference seems to be that
my miss-hits keep the ball more on line. I'm still missing
fairways, but now I'm in the rough not in the woods. My
friends call it a "Star Wars" club (the color is a bit bright
and reminiscent of a light saber), but then again they are
often 10 to 20 yards behind me. I don't mind the jokes at
all.
Thank
the engineers at Harrison for me. I'm enjoying the game
again!

I have used Harrison Shafts for over Fifteen years. I use
the Boron Golds in my DCI irons and have the Pro2.5 Ti in
my driver. They are great shafts and have always have been
great from the first time I used them. The peson that introduced
them to me 15 years ago was Ken Green of the little River
Custom Golf shop in North Carolina, Mertle Beach. I think
I still have the bill for them here. I Find that they are
the most accurate shafts in the business today. I have pomoted
them here in Canada all the time that I have used them and
know are starting to see more of them around here.

| Yes,
I solely and exclusively use the 1.4 X-XX Low Launch shafts
for my longdrive competition clubs and have also started
using the Pro 2.5 Titanium and really like the responsiveness
of both shafts.
The
Pro 2.5 Titanium shafts have really helped narrow my ball
flight and shot dispersion while the Low Launch really works
the trajectory of my shots when I compete and that's crucial
when it comes to all conditions I face.
Can't
thank everyone enough over there at Harrison enough. Especially
Scott Mc Gaha. Every time there is a need or change I want
to make he's always very helpful. He's also eager to see
the whole team do well and That's a good feeling!
Thanks
again for doing such a great job over there and I hope we
(or I) can bring the World Championship back to Harrison
this year in Mesquite.
Good
luck in all your competition as well. I'll be watching for
you.

| Well
guys, I'm sold! I had my doubts that this was just a lot
of hype but decided to give it a shot anyway. I got my Callaway
Great Big Bertha Hawk Eye Pro Series 8.5 degree head back
from my club fitter with your Pro 2.5 Titanium shaft installed
in F/S flex. I didn't have an opportunity to try it before
today's round so the first hole became my testing ground.
Our first hole is a straight 290 yards to a creek. I took
my normal swing which usually leaves me in the right rough
about 30 yards from the water. In short, your shaft cost
me a stroke after I hit it dead straight, down the middle,
and into the creek! I'll be hitting 3 wood off that tee
box from now on. I can't wait to get it back from my club
fitter with the same Pro 2.5 Titanium shaft installed. I
shaved 6 strokesoff
my score today and I'm convinced it's due to your shaft.
My right push is now a slight draw. Amazing.
Thanks
for making a great product,
Bill |

| Hi,
About a month ago you recommended that I try the Pro 2.5
Titanium shaft on my driver to correct some problems. Steve
Stokes here in San Francisco helped me out getting the shaft
in place and I have to tell you it has worked like a charm.
Not only have I gained app. 20 yards on average in distance
but I am also much straighter and more consistent off the
tee. It's hard to beat that combination!! Thanks again for
helping out with the recommendation and for putting me in
touch with Steve Stokes.
Take
care,

| I
recently purchased a Pro 2.5 Ti for my Orlimar HipTi. It
was recommended by an Orlimar rep present at a Pro Golf
store. After only one round I noticed a marked improvement
in my control off the tee. I still miss fairways, but only
by small margins, not by miles as in the past.
Thanks,
Mike |

| I
purchased the PRO 2.5 titanium 46" and had it installed
yesterday. Only thing to reply is....WOW! I knew the quality
of the shaft made a difference but had no idea it would
be so drastic a difference. Today I averaged 40 yds more
distance and put the ball exactly where I wanted it. I can
fade, draw, or play a straight shot with much more regularity.
You have a new customer, no matter which head I will use,
your shafts will be the on the swing end!

| Now
that I have had several rounds and practice sessions with
my new Pro 2.5 Titanium shaft (Mizuno Blue Rage 310cc, 9
degree loft) - I can comment with knowledge. It is as good
as advertised. I shortened my driver to 44.5" (from old
45" shaft) and I am still hitting it 5-10 yards farther,
but most importantly - straighter. I find that my mishits
are not as offline. I was really looking for a bit more
consistency - and that is exactly what the Pro 2.5 Ti gives
me. It looks great with the deep blue Mizuno head!
Thanks,

| I'm
currently using a driver with a Harrison Pro 2.5 Titanium
shaft with quite good success. The shaft provides a lot
of kick and is responsible for another 10-15yards on my
drives. It does not however correct a bad swing, proving
once again it's impossible to buy a good swing!

| I
just bought the Blue Pro 2.5 Titanium and Striper Titanium
3-weeks ago. In the past I have been using the Pro 2.5 FL
Lite(Eggplant color) they were great. I tried the yellow
titanium's and the shaft were better.
The
titanium's were better in the sense it has more dispersion
control. The soft feel on impact are great. I had the STRIPPER
in Stiff and the Pro 2.5 Ti in Stiff and Regular. The three
shafts are fitted in Titleist 975J 9,5 degree. The stiff
shaft were great but I do not get the desired distance (I
used it on tight courses) I find the stripper more control
than the regular shaft and has more distance and has louder
impact sound. But still the best feel during impact is the
stiff Pro 2.5 Ti, 30 yards left to right control and averaged
distance of 240 meters (220 - 250 m)
My drive
average increase averaged by 15 yards since I used Harrison
Pro 2.5 Fl Lite (Average of 230 m increased to 240 meter).
With the Pro 2.5 Ti, regular shaft I have experienced up
to 270 meters distance.
Prior
to switching to Harrison pro I used the Grafalloy shafts
as purchased with the titlesit heads.
Thank
You! |

| I
dont know how you guys did it but this is with out a doubt
the best shaft I have ever swung. I ordered my shaft in
a titleist 975j 8.5 degree from the factory becauase I have
heard nothing but goods things about your shafts. It's incredible
how much better the shaft holds up under high swings speeds.
I used to have a big fade and now if I have anything it
is a slight draw. It is incredible how great this shaft
is, its so great that I got my dad to put the same shaf
in his ping isi 7 degree. I finally found a high quality
graphite shaft and i juast wanted to tell you guys there
that I will from now on have Harrison shafts in what ever
drivrer I do have, but right now it looks like that might
be a long while.

Nothing
but R.I.P. for the golf ball now! By switching to Harrison
Pro 2.5 slices are slight hooks with extreme distance. I
added 50 yards to my drives, and yesterday I was able to
play a hook on a dogleg left 545 yard par five and with
a little help from the cart path I drove it 412 yards--
there is nothing more fun than that! All my drivers and
fairway woods are now Harrison Pro 2.5 Ti and I can't wait
to install Harrison on my irons. "A bit more expensive",
Ha, that's because they are top quality.

|
| Thanks
for your recommendation of placing a Pro 2.5 Titanium FS
flex in the Titleist 975J driver (9.5 degree loft). This
shaft replaces a Grafalloy 3.5 Prolite S flex. The new combination
works great. The trajectory can be controlled and a little
fade is obtainable in addition to a natural draw. The ball
goes where it feels like it should based on the swing. A
little suprise is found in the high trajectory that can
be achieved with the shaft. High but very far. It looks
like a 275 (plus) yard carry fits an "easy" pass through
the ball. That's the last marker I can make out. Thanks
again.

| C'mon
guys this isn't fair!!!!! After three years of struggling
with ill-fitted equipment I changed to the Mizuno TI forged
driver with stock steel. Confidence rose, but felt like
still lacking the distance advantage of graphite. Talked
to many club builders and read many other resources to find
what I needed Ñ low torque mid-high kick mid weight, and
the biggest factor, the color to match my Blu Zuno!!! Played
and a steady 25mph wind with gust and couldn't believe how
straight I hit this thing.
Great
job guys.

| I
recently had my 975D reshafted with the Pro 2.5 Titanium
from the stock Titleist Ultralight 60 and WOW - what a difference!
I spoke with Mike Cheng who recommended the shaft based
on the information I sent in via email (A/R flex tipped
.5 inches) and although the shaft is a bit more money than
some of the other popular shafts out there (such as the
USTs), the information I had been coming up with indicated
that you guys had the better materials and with a 30 day
guarantee! I thought, "What the heck?"
Unbelievable
and instant results...what I was looking for was straighter
ball flight and if I got more distance, then great. Not
only do my shots hold the line very well, my slight fade
is now a slight draw, my mis-hits don't bend into trouble,
and combined with the new Titleist NXTs...I have never hit
the ball this far in my life!! It is incredible! The trajectory
is something to see and the feel is great; like Hogan said,
"I wish I had three right hands" to put everything I have
into the golf ball because this shaft really stands up!!
Thanks
so much!

Install
the Harrison Pro 2.5 Titanium if you feel like embarrasing
your playing partners!!!!
I just
installed the Harrison Pro 2.5 Titanium shaft in my Taylor
Made 8.5 degree 300 Ti driver and have to say I have been
hitting balls a ton. I belive this shaft is BY FAR the best
shaft I have ever hit. This shaft is allowing me to crunch
tee shots 300+yards on a regular basis, while keeping it
in the short grass.
Alot
of other stiff shafts I have played in the past have felt
like your swinging a wet noodle compared to this shaft.
I hope that the golfers that install this advancement into
their drivers have good wedge games because wedges will
be the clubs they will be hitting in most of the time.

I
had a new Pro 2.5 Titanium shaft installed in my Integra
C4 head. All I can say is Unbelievable !!! I'm hiting the
ball about 20 yards further with better accuracy. My shot
dispersion is much better on off center hits. With this
combination the ball literally explodes off the clubface.
I'll be using Harrison shafts soon in my other clubs as
well.

I
really appreciate the suggestion. I made the change about
a month ago. I just have not had a chance to get back with
you. I decided to go with the Pro 2.5 Titanium, and I have
been very pleased with it. The thing I really liked about
it is that it feels like a steel shaft when you hit it without
the weight of steel. It is really easy to hit straight.
Players who prefer steel should really give this shaft a
try. you can control the ball no matter how soft or hard
you swing. This is a great shaft. I plan to put it in all
my woods eventually.
Thanks,

Hi
I just
purchased a harrison 2.5 titanium golf shaft to install
in my titleist 975D club head. This combo is perfect. I'm
hitting the ball higher straighter and longer. It is a total
game improvement. I'm hitting more fairways and giving myself
more chances to attack the shorter par 5's in two. I let
some friends hit the club and they are planning on reshafting
their own clubs with it too.
Thank
you Harrison,

Just
wanted to follow up with you regarding the shafts that you
sent to me. I had the 2.5 Titanium put into a cherry red
KZG PTF300 head. It absolutely smokes! I'm killing the ball!
I get a little carried away every so often, but when I have
my swing groved, it pounds the ball a long way down the
fairway. I'm looking for the right 3-wood head to put the
Low Launch into and then I'll be set.
Thanks
again for helping me out with the shaft. I'll be mentioning
your shafts in my equipment article that will come out in
late September or early October.
Keep
me posted,

I have
recently imported some of your TITANIUM PRO 2.5 shafts from
HORSEPOWER GOLF,your product is simply AMAZING.Not only
is it the most visually SPECTACULAR shaft ever coupled to
a golf club it is without question the PERFORMANCE KING
of the golf shaft realm .The reaction from players who have
hit my drivers has been,"WOW", where do we get these baby's.All
the normal shaft companies are represented out here, and
frankly thats the way their products perform, as normal
as one another, definately no standouts like HARRISON.
If you
are not represented in AUSTRALIA i would like to do something
with you, i am well connected in the golf industry and truly
believe HARRISON could be NO1over here in a reasonably short
time. Please let me know what you think, your shafts have
an AUSTRALIAN IN YOUR FACE personality and our golfers would
really lap that up.

| Thank
you very much. Just to let you know that with your new 2.5
Pro Titanium, I am now driving about fourty yards farther.
I took out my Callaway Strong flex and put in a firm/stiff
2.5 on a Biggest Big Bertha, increased the swing weight
to a D 5 and what a cannon.
I have
since ordered three more of your shafts and intend on putting
them on Callaway Strong 3; Callaway 5 and their new VFT.
The
only other cute thing that happened was the first night
that I went out to Riverdale Dunes Driving Range with the
Biggest Big Bertha to test hit the "new" shaft.
I was hitting several shots in excess of 280-300 yds. Several
of the guys on the range actually stopped and watched me
hitting.
Two
young men about mid twenties kept exclaiming "Wow Look
at that!" "HE DID IT AGAIN" Finally, one
said to the other "It HAS GOT to be one of those ILLEGAL
CLUBS!" I then responded with a big chuckle -- "No,
it is a Callaway with the newest Harrison Shaft!" Not
bad for a 53 year old man is it.
Several
then asked if I would allow them to try a couple of swings,
too bad that I didn't have some shafts there at the time
because I could have sold 5 to 8 on the spot!
The
final item to this story is the accuracy that I am now achieving
with the low Tourque is unbelieveable -- from Friday through
Monday I played 63 holes of golf minus the par 3 s ----
I hit approximately 90% of the fairways that I teed off
on with the Pro 2.5 Titanium......What a Stick!!!! In the
firfteen years that I have played with Harrison Shafts this
is by far the best you have ever made!!!!

| Thanks
for the suggestions. I bought the Pro 2.5 Titanium in F/S
flex. Best shaft I've ever played BY FAR, and I've played
some good ones (TT EI70 and EI70 Tour, Grafalloy, Aldila,
etc.). I put the 2.5 in a Titleist 975J, and it seems almost
unfair. Thanks again for the suggestions.
